Delivery

Delivery is carried out:

  • By Gastronomy (Auckland only on Saturdays or Sundays)
    • We deliver frozen food, chilled food, cakes, pastries and store assortment.
  • NZ Couriers throughout New Zealand
  • According to the departure schedule, delivery by “Shop on wheels” on the North Island of New Zealand. Subscribe to our news and do not miss (Delivery price +5% of the total amount) delivery to your city. NOT AUCKLAND!

Delivery terms:

  • Orders received Monday-Wednesday are dispatched the next day.
  • Orders received on Thursday-Friday will ship on Monday.

  • Dear customers (Especially the South island!!!), please note that the price of delivery depends on the weight of your order!!!
  • We usually send deliveries by the “OVERNIGHT” option, which means next-day delivery. It is slightly more expensive, but allows you to order a chilled product, cakes and other products.

Please select products carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.

Payment

Payment on the website is not provided, we have a lot of weight goods.

Payment for orders:

  • Transfer to the account after receiving the invoice (carefully indicate your email when registering and check the spam folder);
  • Cash or EFTPOS when receiving orders; This option is available ONLY delivery by the “Shop on wheels.” Outside of Auckland!
