\n– dry funchoza noodles 200g
\n– fresh capsicums + carrots + cucumbers 200g
\n– optionally you can add any protein: beef, chicken and even prawns.<\/p>\n
\n– Pour boiling water in a bowl with dry funchoza noodles and let it soak for 7-10 min. Drain under cold water and cut it into smaller parts.
\n– Mix in a bowl prepared noodles, chopped vegetables in thin strips, add dressing for funchoza salad and optionally your choice of protein. Leave to stand at least 1 hour.<\/p>\n
