Berry fruit (Mors) drink 1.25l

Eat fruits and berries as much as you want but in moderation. People should exclude such foods from the diet for those who suffer from colitis and allergies. In such cases, fruits and vegetables need to be cooked somehow: apples can be baked, and fruit drinks cook from berries.
