If you ask Russians what is their favorite fruit preserve most will probably say cherry jam or ‘varenye’. Varenye is not as thick and spreadable as jam but rather becomes caramelized fruits or berries in thick clearer syrup.
White cherry jam ‘MARTIN’ is made in sunny Armenia from selected amber cherries, which are rich in vitamin A, C, E, B, B2, salicylic, malic and citric acids.
