KRAKOWSKY GOST-1938 is our most popular and recognizable semi-smoked kielbasa. The meat ingredients include beef, lean pork and pork belly cut in coarse chunks. Spices: salt, black pepper, allspice, garlic flakes, nutmeg. Available only in an edible natural pork casing in the form of rings or links.

TALLINSKY GOST-1964 cooked-smoked kielbasa flavored with caraway seed and coriander. The meat ingredients include beef, lean pork and pork belly, all grinded through medium size plate. Spices: salt, black pepper, allspice, garlic flakes, caraway seed, coriander, nutmeg. Stuffed in easy to peel fibrous casing size 42-48mm.

SLOVENSKY cooked-smoked sausage based on old recipes of Slovenian region of Krajina, the origin of famous Kransky sausage. The theme of this product is use of white pepper and cardamom as main flavoring agents. The meat ingredients include beef, lean pork and pork belly, all grinded through medium size plate. Spices: salt, white pepper, cardamom, coriander. Stuffed in easy to peel fibrous casing size 42-48mm.

WOLOWA
Cooked-smoked kielbasa, our first product based on own unique recipe. It has been created specifically for those of our customers who do not consume pork in. The meat ingredients include only fine-ground beef.
Please note: this product cannot be considered halal or kosher because we do not comply with special religious requirements while producing it. Spices: salt, black pepper, white pepper, allspice, garlic flakes, fenugreek, cumin seed, coriander. Stuffed in easy to peel fibrous casing size 42-48mm.

CABANOSSI (HUNTER SAUSAGE)
This thin semi-smoked sausage is the perfect snack option, also great as a beer stick. The meat ingredients include beef (optional) lean pork and pork belly, all ground through medium-fine plate. It undergoes double smoking process followed by short period of natural drying. Spices: salt, black pepper, white pepper, allspice, garlic flakes, coriander, chili pepper.
Available exclusively in an edible sheep casing 20-24mm in diameter in the form of extra-long links.

LINGUICA(Portuguese sausages)
lightly smoked, very juicy sausages, a great option for breakfast. It is best to heat them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds. The meat ingredients include beef (optional) lean pork and pork belly, all ground through medium-fine plate. Spices; salt, black pepper, white pepper, allspice, garlic flakes, chili pepper, smoked paprika.
Available exclusively in an edible sheep casing 20-24mm diameter in 15-20 cm links. These sausages can be frozen to increase shelf life.

Our company specializes in the production of semi-smoked, cooked and cooked-smoked kielbasa and sausages. All our products are produced in small batches, that gives each product its own unique qualities.

We do not use additives, our products only contain meat, spices and the minimum amount of sodium nitrite needed for the safe production of sausage products

For the smoking process, we use natural wood chips, with the smoke filtered through the special chamber.
