You will need:
– Sauce base ‘Gurmix’,
– Pasta 200 g,
– Heavy cream 120 g,
– Chicken fillet 120 g,
– Onion 50 g,
– Mushrooms 60 g,
– Sunflower oil 3 tbsp.
How to cook:
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Cut the chicken fillet and champignons into thin slices, cut the onion into feathers.
- Salt the chicken to taste, fry in hot sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion and mushrooms, fry for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Add cream and sauce from the package, mix well and leave for 1-2 minutes.
- Add prepared pasta, stir until the sauce is spread evenly.
