What to do with pickled sorrel?
Sorrel soup.
2-3 tablespoon of Pickled sorrel
400g pork
5-7 baby potatoes quartered
1 fried onions
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
Slat and pepper
Water 2.5l
Boil it all and make soup.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
