Swiss Deli Cervelas are prepared from the finest quality New Zealand beef and pork. This is a traditional fine textured Swiss sausage flavoured with garlic, coriander, nutmeg and lightly smoked. Traditionally Cervelas are boiled, but just as delicious grilled or served cold with your favourite mustard. When peeled, sliced thinly and blended with mayonnaise, Cervelas will add style to any salad. •
