Risoni looks like large grains of rice but is actually a type of pasta. Use it to bulk up soups and stews or for something a little different, use it in salads or bakes.
How to cook:
You just need to put the bag into boiling water (add salt) for 10 minutes (medium or low heat). Use fork to get the bag out of water when cooked, not to burn your fingers. Drain the rest of water from bag and carefully open it, serve straight away – all done!
