Funchoza is a Central Asian Rice Noodle Salad made from beef, rice thin noodles, vegetables, sliced fried egg, and black vinegar. Delicious and zesty!
You will need:
– dry funchoza noodles 200g
– fresh capsicums + carrots + cucumbers 200g
– optionally you can add any protein: beef, chicken and even prawns.
Cooking:
– Pour boiling water in a bowl with dry funchoza noodles and let it soak for 7-10 min. Drain under cold water and cut it into smaller parts.
– Mix in a bowl prepared noodles, chopped vegetables in thin strips, add dressing for funchoza salad and optionally your choice of protein. Leave to stand at least 1 hour.
